Product Introduction
The RS8140 mechanical single-drum vibratory road roller is a heavy-duty, auto-propelled machine designed for effective compaction of various soil layers and rock fills. It excels in compacting, driving, operating, and reliability, making it ideal for road construction, airports, harbors, railways, dams, and industrial sites.
1.Engine: Equipped with a Weichai engine that meets China II emission standards, it offers strong power and up to 18% fuel savings. The engine includes a thickening function for improved startup performance.
2.Transmission: Features a synchro mesh transmission with three forward and three reverse gears, including a middle-position startup and reversing warning function. This setup provides stable shifting and ease of operation, complemented by an SDLG reinforced drive axle for reliable performance and easy maintenance.
3.Vibration System: Uses a vibration pump from an internationally renowned brand, paired with a reliable vibratory motor for consistent performance and quality.
4.Engine Hood: Designed with an electrically-controlled linear actuator that allows the hood to open with a single key. The large opening angle and thoughtful layout facilitate convenient repair and maintenance.
5.Electrical System: Centralized control with a digitalized stepping instrument ensures high human-machine interaction and simplifies detection and maintenance tasks.
6.Cab: Fully sealed and ergonomically optimized, the cab provides a spacious, bright environment with a wide field of vision. It features standard air conditioning and an optional FOPS/ROPS cab for added safety and comfort.
7.Excitation Mechanism: Incorporates an SDLG-patented excitation mechanism with consistent amplitudes and frequencies on both sides of the vibrating drum. It uses a high-capacity, reliable vibration bearing from an international brand.
8.Cooling System: Features a horizontal, parallel radiator arrangement with effective heat dissipation, sealed partition boards, and independent cooling and heating spaces.
9.Optional Features: Can be equipped with engineering tires and added cam to meet various customer demands, enhancing its versatility.
