Product Introduction
The wheelbase of the L958F has been extended to 3300mm, ensuring that it is well-suited for operation in harsh industrial environments, including mines. The loader is powered by a Weichai engine, featuring a two-stage design that delivers high torque, strong power, low fuel consumption, superior quality, and reduced emissions. As an alternative, the Dalian Deutz BF6M series engines can be selected to meet specific operational needs.
For enhanced performance in dusty environments, the L958F is equipped with a 93-type sand and dust filter, which boasts a primary filtration accuracy exceeding 93%. This feature enhances the machine's reliability and makes it particularly effective in sand and dust-heavy working conditions. Additionally, the VRT200 gearbox increases overall efficiency by more than 8%, utilizing front four and rear four electrohydraulic control shifts with KD function, power cutoff, and shift interlocking function, all of which contribute to high transmission efficiency and smooth, stable operation.
The loader also incorporates a reinforced drive axle with an optimized structure and load distribution, providing a higher bearing capacity, greater reliability, and an extended service life, as proven by market performance. The front transmission shaft is designed with end face teeth and an enlarged cross axle diameter, which together enhance overall strength and transmission torque, further ensuring long-term reliability.
Aesthetically, the L958F features a steel engine hood manufactured using automotive-grade molds. The streamlined design eliminates surface welded points, giving the loader an attractive and imposing appearance. The counterweight is molded into a more powerful shape, offering enhanced reliability and structural integrity. The Parker KM300 multiway valve enhances operational efficiency with smoother and more precise composite actions, large flow, high pressure, and high efficiency.
An intelligent control cooling system is incorporated into the L958F, which reduces energy consumption while maintaining the machine's optimal working temperature, thus ensuring consistent performance and efficiency.

The L958F’s cab has been redesigned to offer a new, more comfortable environment with an expansive field of vision, greatly improving operational efficiency. The concept of "visualization" and "maintenance on ground" has been integrated into the design, simplifying the maintenance process for the entire machine.
Furthermore, the loader features a reinforced oil cylinder with an increased piston rod diameter and imported seals, which effectively prevent external leakage. The design service life of the oil cylinder has been significantly extended from 2000 hours to 4000 hours. The electrical system is centrally controlled, equipped with a fuel gauge and engine tachometer, and capable of displaying fault information on an LCD screen, making monitoring and diagnostics more accessible and efficient.
