At the event, Weichai's second-generation mining power was officially released. The M-series large bore mining products that are compatible with mining and rigid mining trucks, as well as the H/T series products that are matched with mining and wide body vehicles, brought a technological feast to the attendees and the mining industry.

The M-series large bore mining products released this time include three major platforms: M25, M33, M55, covering 10 series, with displacement ranging from 19.6L to 87.5L and power ranging from 522kW to 2800kW. They are suitable for mainstream large-scale mining equipment such as 55 ton to 400 ton rigid mining trucks, 90 ton to 400 ton mining excavators, and 600 horsepower to 1000 horsepower mining bulldozers. The three major platform products have competitive advantages such as 5000 meter high-altitude adaptability, 5% reduction in comprehensive fuel consumption compared to competitors, 20000 hour overhaul cycle, and adaptability to multiple fuels. At present, more than 1700 operational vehicles have been equipped, with a batch operation time of over 24000 hours.

The H/T series has launched three star products represented by WP14T, WP15H, and WP17T, which meet the matching needs of 95-160 ton wide body dump trucks and 60-100 ton excavators. The product adopts "black technologies" such as efficient combustion technology, efficient turbocharger matching technology, and friction loss reduction technology, with a comprehensive fuel consumption more than 10% lower than competitors; Adopting proprietary high-temperature resistant materials, dust resistant special design, and high stiffness structural component design in the cylinder, it has high reliability and can easily meet the high load operation requirements of the equipment; The universal rate of peripheral and maintenance components for H/T series products is 100%, with sufficient spare parts and easy replacement.

On site, Weichai simultaneously released extended range engines such as WP17T methanol, WP16NG, and WP14T. These products are solutions proposed by Weichai to address smart green mines, integrating Weichai's advanced diesel engine technology and high-efficiency electric drive technology. The three core components of the core body improve efficiency and reduce fuel consumption; At the same time, it demonstrates strong fuel flexibility and economy, meets the needs of different application scenarios, and promotes the green transformation of mining power.

At the meeting, Weichai Power Mining Service Base was officially unveiled, which means Weichai is reshaping its mining service standards and ushering in a new era of efficient services.
