Spring breeze welcomes the festival, and women shine even brighter.
In March, the 115th International Women's Day, also known as March 8th, marks the revival of all things. SDLG's party, labor, and women's organizations at all levels have carefully planned and organized a series of activities to pay tribute to and cheer for them.

Over the past year, the vast number of female employees on various fronts of the company have been dedicated to their work, pioneering and enterprising, demonstrating unique style in promoting high-quality development of the enterprise. They have demonstrated the responsibility of "women are not inferior" through practical actions, and the "March 8th Red Flag Bearer" is an excellent representative among them.

On March 6th, the SDLG Women's Day Commendation Symposium for 2025 was held at the Party Mass Service Center. Zhou Weisheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of the company, and Song Xiaoying, Deputy General Manager of the company, attended the meeting to extend holiday greetings to all female employees of the company and warmly congratulate the "March 8th Red Flag Bearer" who was commended.

The times are advancing and SDLG is developing, which not only puts forward new requirements for female employees, but also builds a broad stage for them. At the meeting, three award-winning representatives shared their work experiences and growth insights, showcasing the spirit of "self-esteem, confidence, self-reliance, and self-improvement" of women working in the new era.

On March 6, the women's working committee of the company held a special lecture on health knowledge of women workers, and invited health experts to systematically explain the health knowledge of women throughout their life cycle and the prevention knowledge of common diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. The training helped female employees eliminate misconceptions about health, enrich their knowledge of self-care, and establish correct health concepts. Everyone expressed that it was very helpful.

On March 8th, the Technical Research Institute held a celebration of Women's Day on March 8th, and the company's chief engineer Chi Feng participated in the event. In a warm atmosphere, send flowers and holiday gifts to female employees, expressing holiday greetings and best wishes. Carefully prepared gifts carry the department's deep care for female employees.
