SDLG's overseas product training is in full swing, safeguarding global operations

In order to improve the professional level of the overseas agent team and enhance SDLG's international market competitiveness, SDLG made overall arrangements and careful preparations and carried out a three-week product training for Hamar sales and service personnel.

New methods of training new knowledge and new skills to open up new markets. This sales training focuses on new product selling points, upgrade change points, and competitive product benchmarking points, allowing sales staff to intuitively and quickly grasp the core advantages of products. Diverse perspectives and individual insights further deepen the trainees' understanding of the products, and achieve a thorough understanding of new products and new knowledge, and draw inferences from one example. At the same time, service training has changed the previous daily theory-based approach, and has joined service personnel to conduct on-site maintenance in the market. While explaining maintenance knowledge, the structural principles are interspersed to make the boring and complex theories vivid and simple, and the training method is more down-to-earth.

This training adopts the teaching mode of "theoretical teaching + scenario simulation". The course mainly focuses on the theoretical learning and system operation of Shandong Lingong's latest product line - H series loaders, excavators, graders, rollers and other key products, and shares a number of comprehensive contents such as technical support and after-sales service processes.
